Flu Shot Clinic for County Employees
The Flu Shot Clinic for County Employees is typically scheduled for one morning in early October in the workroom on the 3rd floor. Also, usually on the same day, a clinic will be held at the Jail in the evening.
Employees will need to bring a COPY of their insurance card along with a form that I will pass out to each department. For insurance purposes the form needs to be on blue paper, this is why I will bring you copies of the form.
